ABG e-Solutions was established in 2007 with a view of finding a niche in the growing Call Center Industry.
ABG e-Solutions has started out as a small sized call center. Whereas most of the call centers that have been established in India are providing offshore support to their clients. We feel that there is a great potential within India for the call center industry to flourish and grow exponentially. Especially with the rapid growth in the telecommunication and banking sector, since the requirement for providing online support to the customers has greatly increased.
